TIRE COVER PRICES Prices vary depending on each individual design and level of intricacy involved in making your custom tire cover. Contact us to find out more about your tire cover. SET UP COST There is a minimum $15.00 Art Work Set Up fee when you submit your own image for your custom made, tire cover. SHIPPING COSTS Buyer pays shipping costs: All Orders are Shipped USPS, Priority Mail or Parcel Post*, Delivery Confirmation and Insured for the total value of the order. * Parcel Post Shipping is used when the Post Office Charges an Unbelievable Amount of Money to Ship to Certain "Zones." It is not clear how these "Zones" are determined however some zones are so expensive, you will faint at the counter! The Post Office claims that the airlines have jacked up the shipping costs. So, if you happen to live in one of the Really Expensive Zones, your package will be sent Parcel Post unless otherwise requested. You are welcome to check with your Post Office to determine whether you live in the Expensive ZONE! All Packages are sent from 96001 and surrounding Redding, California area. You may have your order shipped through any company you wish, however there is no refund if any order becomes lost in transit unless it is insured for the full purchase price of the order. REFUND POLICY: All custom tire cover orders are "Special Orders". There are no Refunds on Special Order Tire Covers and all sales are final.
